In 1994, the Dessert Junkies opened the Flight of Fancy Bakeshop in the resort community of McCall, Idaho. Located at the town's small airport, the kitchen was a wholesale supplier of baked goods to local coffee shops and restaurants.

As our business grew, we expanded the shop and moved to Donnelly, a town 11 miles South of McCall. In addition to wholesale products, our kitchen now serves espresso and baked goods to customers on a drop-in basis. Espresso, cheesecake, muffins, cookies, and breads are served up with a side of laughter and great conversation.

In 2003, we started selling cheesecakes online at www.dessertjunkies.com.

When not in the kitchen, the junkies spend their time skiing, hiking, or just goofing around. Recently, both of us became grandmothers. And it's never too early to introduce the kids to the fruits of our labor!
